BioSino Bio-Technology & Science Inc. (hereinafter referred to as BIOSINO) was established in 1988 and listed in Hong Kong in 2006 (stock code: HK8247). It is a high-tech enterprise founded by the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and service of in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products. The history of the company's reagent production can be traced back to the three-link preparation group of the Institute of Biophysics in 1973. The company's development has always been guided by the needs of people's livelihood, actively promoting the development of the national IVD industry, building an independent innovation system combining production, learning, research and application, exploring the "internationalization, groupization, and complexization" business model, and constructing a "systematic, serialized, integrated, and intelligent" four-in-one full industrial chain to enhance core competitiveness and establish a certain influence in the industry. Since the launch of China's enzymatic single and double biochemical reagents, BIOSINO has accumulated a wealth of products over the years, establishing a complete biochemical detection series product platform, expanding immunology, molecular, flow cytometry and other in-vitro diagnostic series products, and is committed to creating a comprehensive clinical diagnosis solution. Currently, it has obtained approximately 270 registration certificates for in-vitro diagnostic reagent products, mainly covering twelve categories of biochemical testing items such as liver function, kidney function, blood lipids, cardiovascular, diabetes, and rheumatism.
